The problem

Equipment across hospital sites needs one reliable record: what it is, where it is, whether it is in service and what it looks like. Without a shared system that information ends up in notes and spreadsheets.

What I built

01

Add Asset form

Fast entry with equipment ID, hospital ID, department and location guidance, and an in service toggle.

02

Scan to fill

Photograph the equipment plate to prefill details instead of typing.

03

Photos with every asset

04

Automatic SharePoint sync

Make copies records and photos to the client's SharePoint site.

Planned next: Barcode scanning of manufacturer labels.

How it works

  1. 01

    Staff add an asset.

  2. 02

A photo of the plate prefills the fields.

  3. 03

    The record and photos save.

  4. 04

    Make syncs them to SharePoint.
